Cancellation Policy
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. Since the service(s) are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation/Rescheduling fee will apply. In the event that you do not cancel/reschedule within the required time, the following fees will be applied to your card for up to 100% of services booked or alternatively billed out to you via square: Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours prior to your appointment will not incur charges. You must log in and cancel or reschedule your appointment. It is your responsibility to cancel appointments. Text or emails will not be accepted as a form of cancellation or to reschedule. Cancelling/rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a full charge of the service booked. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service value. If you cannot respect my policies, then I will not risk doing business with you. This Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy allows time for me to inform my waitlist clients of any availability, as well as to keep my schedule filled, in order to better serve everyone. The Cancellation /Rescheduling Policy also applies to any pre-paid services.
